Was going to buy a police scanner to listen in on the local pd activities. Scanners are expensive. Next I googled contra costa county brentwood police scanner and came up with the link below. Free police, fire and highway patrol scanning.
When you get on the site, on the left side you will see a tool bar that say's county home. Go below and click on live audio feeds.
